Glass for automotive industry
During my working experience, I acquired fundamental knowledge in the manufacturing and designing of glasses.
It often happens that customers present special requests in order to meet their needs: as an engineer, I had to develop new designs, most of which cannot be usually found on the markets of this field. In this case, I usually scan that part of the body work where the glass is supposed to be placed and then I create a 3D model. Afterwards, I create a 2D drawing and an assembly drawing, which I send to the manufacturing company.
My experience is not only related to the automotive industry. I actually developed glass designs for observation towers, military ships and other fields. In addition to that, I also offer technological support during the assembling process.
